What we make it with
Everything we sell is made in our shop, start to finish: the printing, the engraving, the embroidery and the epoxy. Here is what does the work, and what each machine means for your order.
Engraving
Two lasers
Each has two kinds of laser: fiber for steel, metal and powder coat, diode for wood, slate, leather and acrylic. Names, dates, logos and photos all start here. The second one takes smaller pieces and busy days, and both run the same files, so a job moves between them without being rebuilt.
Conveyor
Long pieces and repeat runs go through without resetting the bed by hand each time.
Rotary
Tumblers and bottles turn under the laser, so the design wraps around the piece instead of sitting flat.
Top-down camera
We mounted an ELP 16MP camera inside the main laser for a straight look at the work, in a shell we 3D printed here, behind a shield so the laser does not cook the lens.
Two smoke purifiers keep the air clear. Lasers kick up smoke and dust, and two filters in a small shop is how we keep running all day.
Apparel and DTF
Shirts, hoodies, hats, totes and press-ready transfers print here, in the same shop as the cups.
DTF printer
Full-color prints on the brand and color you pick, pressed here, or the film alone if you have your own press. One proof for the whole order when you ask for one. We deliver locally or ship.
Heat press
Every printed shirt and hat is pressed here, on the blank you picked.
Embroidery
Twelve-needle embroidery machine
One design can carry up to 12 thread colors. Designs up to 10.5 x 7.75 inches on shirt fronts and backs, and a cap frame for hat fronts.
Epoxy
Fifteen cup turners
Each epoxy cup turns slowly while it cures, so the coat stays even. Cure time is why epoxy takes longer than the rest.
