Reno shop floor
What we run
People ask what we engrave with. The honest answer is xTool, pretty much start to finish. We bought in, learned Creative Space, and never really left the line.
This shop does not work without those machines. Tumblers, slate, glass sets, the .xcs files we send to other owners. All of it comes off the same bench.
Most days
xTool F1 Ultra
This is the one that earns its keep. Fiber for metal and powder coat. Diode for wood, slate, leather, and acrylic. Names, dates, logos, and the photo jobs all start here.
Conveyor
Longer pieces and repeat runs. We were losing too much time resetting the bed by hand.
RA2 Pro
Rotary for tumblers, bottles, and glasses. The design wraps instead of sitting flat on a jig.
Top-down camera
I mounted an ELP 16MP camera inside the Ultra for a straight look at the work. The shell is 3D printed here. An xTool safety shield sits in front of the lens so the laser does not cook it.
xTool F1
Still here, still used. Smaller pieces, overflow, or a day the Ultra is already booked. Same Creative Space files, so we do not rebuild a job just to switch machines.
Smoke purifiers
We have both, the newer xTool unit and the older one. Lasers kick up smoke and dust. Two filters in a small shop is how we stay on the machines without the place filling up.
What we want next
Shirts and DTF are next. We would rather print them here, on xTool, than send that work out or piece together another brand.
xTool apparel printer
This is the one we are applying for. Keep hoodies, tees, and transfers in the same shop as the cups. One proof. Pickup in Reno if you want it.
xTool Omni Printer
After the apparel printer. More print work on the floor, when we have the space and the volume for it.
