How fast do you reply?
We aim to reply within one business day. Contact hours are 8am-8pm Pacific, every day.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One shirt is fine, and so is a crew of two hundred. Some colors and sizes are special orders: they take a few more days, and a small order of them has a special order fee, which the listing shows before you pay.
What's the difference between apparel, embroidery, DTF, laser, epoxy, and the files you make?
Apparel is a finished shirt, hoodie, hat, or tote we print for you on our DTF printer or embroider with your logo, on the brand and color you pick. DTF transfers are the printed film you heat-press onto your own stuff, or we press it on one of our shirts for you. Laser engraving burns a design into powder-coated steel or wood. Glass sets we print in full color with UV DTF transfers. Epoxy tumblers are handmade remakes with glitter, mica, paint, and optional photos set into the epoxy. They take longer because the epoxy has to cure. xTool design files and embroidery digitizing are digital: we make the file and email it to you for your own machine.
Do you do embroidery?
Yes. Hats, beanies, polos, quarter zips, full zips, hoodies, sweatshirts and tees, up to 12 thread colors. Hats are stitched on the front. A shirt can be stitched on the chest and printed on the back in one order. See Embroidery for prices.
Can you make a stitch file for my embroidery machine?
Yes. Upload your logo on our digitizing page. It is $40.00 flat, and we email it to you as DST, PES, EXP, JEF or VP3. Digitizing usually takes less than 24 hours.
Do you do team and business orders?
Yes. Team and staff shirts, embroidered logo hats, logo coasters and engraved gifts, with no minimum. Send a logo and a count on our team quote and we aim to quote it within one business day.
Do you make things that are not in the shop?
Yes. Sublimated photo cups, engraved key chains, flasks, plaques, trophies and more. Not all of them are listed yet: send us a free quote and tell us what you want.
How long does an order take?
Timing varies by craft, quantity, materials, and our current workload. Apparel and engraving share our production hours. Epoxy cups are made on their own schedule, and the epoxy also needs time to cure. Product and cart estimates are projections, not guaranteed dates. After ordering, use Look Up Order with your order number and email to follow progress. Carrier transit is additional.
I have an xTool. Can you make the file for me?
Yes. Send what you want on the xTool files page. We quote the design work, and after you pay we email a layered xTool Studio (.xs) file - SVG where it helps, and dual-laser settings for machines like the F1 Ultra. If you want us to engrave the object in our shop instead, use a laser quote.
I have a heat press. Can I buy just the print?
Yes. Order on our Custom DTF Transfers page: upload your art, lay it out on a gang sheet, and see the price as you go. No minimum. We print the film here and include the press notes, and you press it at home.
Can I pick up my order?
We deliver instead, the day your order is done: Reno and Sparks $10, free on orders of $50+; Carson City, Fernley and Dayton $20, free on orders of $100+; Gardnerville, Minden and Fallon $30, free on orders of $150+. Anywhere else in the lower 48, we ship. We serve Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Dayton, Gardnerville, Minden, Fallon, and the towns around them. See local for team orders.
Where do you ship?
Store orders ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48). For Alaska, Hawaii, or international, request a quote - we'll price shipping and you only pay after that postage is in the quote.
Can I bring my own tumbler or gift?
Yes. Use Custom Orders and choose Bring your own item, or start from the Custom page. We'll tell you if the material will engrave well.
How do I care for my cup?
Hand wash engraved steel, printed glass and epoxy tumblers. Printed glass: no dishwasher, no soaking, and no scrubbing the print. Do not put epoxy cups in the dishwasher or microwave. Avoid soaking wood items. Printed shirts: turn inside out, wash cold, hang dry or low heat. DTF transfers: press with a heat press using the notes we include - they are not a finished shirt.
