How fast do you reply?
We usually reply within an hour during business hours, 8am-8pm Pacific. If you write after hours, we'll get back first thing in the morning.
What's the difference between laser, epoxy, apparel, DTF, and xTool files?
Laser engraving burns a design into powder-coated steel, glass, or wood. Epoxy tumblers are handmade remakes with glitter, mica, paint, and optional photos set into the epoxy. They take longer because the epoxy has to cure. Apparel will be a finished shirt, hoodie, or tote we print for you. DTF transfers will be just the printed film you heat-press onto your own stuff. You can send a DTF or apparel request now; we are waiting on the printer and will reply on the quote. xTool design files are digital: you send what you want, we quote it, and after payment we email a ready-to-run .xcs file for your machine.
How long does an order take?
Laser work, DTF, and apparel are usually 1 business day after you approve the proof. Larger orders and busy weeks take longer, and your order page shows our current estimate from the shop queue. Custom epoxy is usually about a week after you approve the design: a few days on the turners, then three days to cure. xTool design files are usually a few business days after payment.
I have an xTool. Can you make the file for me?
Yes. Send what you want on the xTool files page. We quote the design work, and after you pay we email a layered Creative Space (.xcs) file - SVG where it helps, and dual-laser settings for machines like the F1 Ultra. If you want us to engrave the object in our shop instead, use a laser quote.
I have a heat press. Can I buy just the print?
You can send a DTF request on Custom Orders. We print the film, you press it at home. We are still waiting on the xTool printer, and we will reply on the quote to talk it through.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. We serve Reno, Sparks, Fernley, Fallon, Carson City, Gardnerville, and the towns around them. Pickup in Reno is free. Local drop-off is available within about 25 miles. We'll email you when it's ready. See local for events and team orders.
Where do you ship?
Store orders ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48). For Alaska, Hawaii, or international, request a quote - we'll price shipping and you only pay after that postage is in the quote.
Can I bring my own tumbler or gift?
Yes. Use Custom Orders and choose Bring your own item, or start from the Custom page. We'll tell you if the material will engrave well.
How do I care for my cup?
Hand wash engraved steel and epoxy tumblers. Do not put epoxy cups in the dishwasher or microwave. Avoid soaking wood items. Printed shirts: turn inside out, wash cold, hang dry or low heat. DTF transfers: press with a heat press using the notes we include - they are not a finished shirt.
