Privacy Policy

Philippi Family Customs collects only the information needed to process orders, quotes, and account sign-in - typically your name, email, phone, shipping address, and design files you upload.

We use that information to fulfill engraving work, send order updates, and improve the site. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

We do not sell your personal information. Saved designs and order details stay on your account until you delete them or we delete them at your request.

You can download a copy of your account data or close your account any time from Account > Settings. Closing an account removes your sign-in, saved designs, and addresses, and blanks out the copies of emails we sent you; order and payment records are kept for our books and tax filings. Copies of emails we send keep their contents for 30 days and then only the delivery record remains.
