Two paths. Shop is ready-made work you can buy now. Custom Orders is a free quote if you want something made from scratch. We serve Reno to Gardnerville and nearby. Pickup in Reno is free. See local for events and team orders.

Shop
Designed listings, blank items you can customize, and handmade epoxy remakes. Add to cart and pay.
Custom Orders
Laser, epoxy, DTF, apparel, or an xTool file. Submitting is free. We quote first. You pay only if you want it.
Buying from the shop
Use the category list or the search icon in the header. Shop listings are ready to buy. Some are already designed. Blank items let you pick a design or upload your own. Epoxy cups are handmade remakes. We get them as close as we can. No two are the same.
Pick the listing. Colors, sizes, and set options show on the product page.
Design, if it is blank. Choose one of our designs or upload a photo from your phone. Uploads are not kept until you pay.
Add to cart. You can add a name or short text at checkout for $5. Guest checkout is fine.
We send a proof after you pay, then we finish the piece.
Want that product in a different design? Use Contact us or the free custom order form on the listing. Blank listings have a Request a free quote button.
How long it takes. Laser, DTF, and apparel are usually 1 business day after you approve the proof. Larger orders and busy weeks take longer, and your order page shows the real date. Epoxy is usually about a week: a few days on the turners, then three days to cure.
Custom orders and quotes
Tap Custom Orders or Free quote. Pick laser, epoxy, DTF, apparel, or an xTool file. Tell us what you want and add a photo if you have one. No payment to send it.
Laser covers tumblers, glass, wood, names, logos, and bring-your-own items. Bulk and business orders are there too.
Epoxy is a handmade cup. Usually about a week.
DTF and apparel requests are open. We are still waiting on our xTool printer. Send it anyway. We will reply on the quote.
xTool file is digital. After you pay, we email a ready-to-run .xcs file. Nothing to ship.
After we send a quote
We usually reply within an hour, 8am-8pm Pacific. You get an email with the price. You do not need an account. Pay from the link in that email if you want it.
Pending. We have the request and are writing the quote.
Quoted. Open the email, check the total, then Approve and pay or ask for a change.
Approved. You paid. We start the work.
Declined. You passed. Ask us to revise it anytime.
If you made an account with the same email, the quote also shows under My Quotes.
Cart and checkout
Shop items stay in your cart in this browser until you check out. No account needed.
Contact. Email and phone so we can send the proof.

Pay on Stripe. We never see your card. Guest checkout is fine.
Sending a gift? Add a message at checkout and hide prices on the packing slip.
After you pay
We send a digital proof before we finish laser, DTF, or apparel work. Approve that, then we make it.
Pending. We have the order.
Confirmed. Queued for the shop.
Processing. We are making it.
Shipped or ready for pickup. Tracking shows on the order if we shipped it.
Delivered. It is there.
Looking up an order
Checked out as a guest? Use Look Up Order with your order number and the email you used. An account is optional. It just keeps orders and quotes in one place.
