Two paths. Shop: pick a shirt, hat or cup, add your design or one of ours, see the price as you go, and pay. Custom Orders: tell us your idea and we send a free quote. We deliver the day your order is done. See local for events and team orders.
Shop or Custom Orders
Shop
Shirts, hats and cups you design yourself, our ready-made designs, and handmade epoxy cups. Add to cart and pay.
Custom Orders
Apparel, teams, laser, epoxy, DTF, an xTool file, or embroidery digitizing. Submitting is free. We quote first. You pay only if you want it.
Buying from the shop
Use the category list or the search icon in the header. Shop listings are ready to buy. Some are already designed. Blank items let you pick a design or upload your own. Epoxy cups are handmade remakes of the ones in our photos: change the colors or add a name at the same price. No two come out exactly the same.
Pick the listing. Colors, sizes, and set options show on the product page.
Design, if it is blank. Choose one of our designs or upload a photo from your phone. If you do not order, we delete the upload after about 60 days.
Add to cart. A name or short text goes on in the listing, its price shown before you add it. Guest checkout is fine.
We make it the way you designed it. Want a proof or a photo first? Ask at checkout.
Want that product in a different design? Use Contact us or the free custom order form on the listing. Blank listings have a Request a free quote button.
How long it takes. Timing depends on the craft, selected quantity, materials, and current production workload. Epoxy also needs curing time. Your order tracker shows progress and the current estimate. Estimates can change and exclude shipping transit.
Custom orders and quotes
Tap Custom Orders or Free quote. Pick apparel, laser, epoxy, DTF, an xTool file, or embroidery digitizing. Tell us what you want and add a photo if you have one. No payment to send it.
Laser covers tumblers, wood, names, logos, and bring-your-own items. Glass we print in full color. Team and business orders have their own quote, for printing, embroidery or engraving.
Epoxy is a handmade cup. Timing includes turner availability and curing.
DTF and apparel print here on our DTF printer, or apparel is embroidered on our 12-needle machine. Same shop as the cups.
xTool file is digital. After you pay, we email a ready-to-run .xs file. Nothing to ship.
After we send a quote
We aim to reply within one business day. You get an email with the price. You do not need an account. Pay from the link in that email if you want it.
Pending. We have the request and are writing the quote.
Quoted. Open the email, check the total, then Approve and pay or ask for a change.
Approved. You paid. We start the work.
Declined. You passed. Ask us to revise it anytime.
If you made an account with the same email, the quote also shows under My Quotes.
Cart and checkout
Shop items stay in your cart in this browser until you check out. No account needed.
Contact. Email and phone, and how you want us to reach you if we have a question.
- Local delivery the day it's done: Reno and Sparks $10, free on orders of $50+; Carson City, Fernley and Dayton $20, free on orders of $100+; Gardnerville, Minden and Fallon $30, free on orders of $150+
- Shipping to the lower 48. Enter your address to see the shipping price before you pay
- Alaska, Hawaii, or international needs a quoted shipping price first
- Current estimates reflect the shop workload.
- Completion dates are not guaranteed.
Pay on Stripe. We never see your card. Guest checkout is fine.
Sending a gift? Our packing slips never show prices, so it can go straight to them.
After you pay
Nothing waits on an approval. We make laser, DTF, and apparel work the way you designed it, and we reach out on your preferred contact method if we have a question. Ask at checkout and we'll send a proof to approve first, a photo before it leaves the shop, or both.
Pending. We have the order.
Confirmed. Queued for the shop.
In production. We are making it.
Shipped or out for delivery. Tracking shows on the order if we shipped it.
Delivered. It is there.
Looking up an order
Checked out as a guest? Use Look Up Order with your order number and the email you used. An account is optional. It just keeps orders and quotes in one place.
