Terms of Service

By placing an order or requesting a quote with Philippi Family Customs, you agree that custom engraving work is made to your specifications. Proofs must be approved before production when we send them.

Turnaround times are estimates. Rush options may be available for an additional fee. Pricing on quotes is valid until the date shown on the quote.

Because items are customized, returns are limited to defects in our workmanship. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if something is wrong and we will make it right.
