Priced by the stitch
$2.00 for every 1,000 stitches, at least $6.00 a piece, $2.00 setup a piece, plus the garment. Digitizing a new logo (making its stitch file) is $15.00, once: we keep it, and a reorder of the same logo never pays it again. The designer counts the stitches as you size your design.
Up to 12 thread colors
Our machine runs 12 threads, so one design can have up to 12 colors. A logo stitches in up to 2 thread colors at no extra charge; each color past 2 adds $2.00 a piece to setup and $5.00 to digitizing a new logo. Logos and lettering stitch best; a photo or a color fade does not.
Printed and stitched together
Each design on a garment is printed or embroidered, your pick: a stitched logo on the chest and a printed back is one order.

How much does embroidery cost?ShowHide
$2.00 for every 1,000 stitches, at least $6.00 a piece, $2.00 setup a piece, plus the garment. The designer counts them from your design and shows the price before you order.
How many colors can a design have?ShowHide
Up to 12, one for each thread on our machine. The designer matches your colors to our threads as you go, and fewer colors stitch cleaner. A logo stitches in up to 2 thread colors at no extra charge; each color past 2 adds $2.00 a piece to setup and $5.00 to digitizing a new logo.
What stitches well?ShowHide
Logos, lettering, and bold shapes, with letters at least a quarter inch tall. A photo, a color fade, or very fine lines do not come out the way they look on screen, and the designer tells you when a design is one of those.
How big can embroidery be?ShowHide
Up to 10.5 x 7.75 inches on the front or back of a shirt, up to 4.5 x 2.25 inches on the front of a cap, and up to 3 x 2 inches on a sleeve or the hood. Embroidery never runs over a seam.
How long does embroidery take?ShowHide
Your estimate shows before you pay. It counts the garments, the stitching, and the work ahead of yours, and a proof you ask for waits on your OK.
